Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in select cities. You'll receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Opened products are only eligible for return if they are defective or incorrectly supplied. Email us at info@usmaracoffee.com to initiate a return.
Yes — free standard shipping on all orders above RS. 500. Orders below this threshold attract a nominal shipping fee which is calculated at checkout.
The 50g jar makes approximately 25 servings, while the 100g jar makes approximately 50 servings. Both contain the exact same blend — the 100g simply offers better value per cup.
All Usmara blends are 100% pure coffee — no additives, no fillers, no artificial flavourings. Our Vietnam Classic and Vietnam Blend are naturally vegan. The Hazelnut blend contains natural hazelnut flavouring — please check if you have nut allergies.
