We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. 

When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) at the listed price. Your order is accepted and a contract formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

· Pricing errors or typographical mistakes on the website

· Suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity

· Product unavailability or stock issues

· Failure to meet payment verification requirements

All prices displayed on the Usmara website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. In order to place an order with Usmara, you must provide us with your name, email, shipping address, phone number and payment information. You represent and warrant that the information provided by you to Usmara is accurate and complete and you are authorized to use such payment methods for the purchase.

Please direct your queries regarding delayed refunds, chargebacks, payment failures and double debits to our payment service provider RazorPay Software Private Limited which provide and manage our payment solutions, payment gateway aggregation and facilitate the initiation and receipt of electronic payments, including but not limited to payments effected through credit cards, debit cards, net-banking, pre-paid instruments and payment methods.

Usmara ships across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and other external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

· Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

· Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

· Free Shipping: On orders above RS. 500

· International Shipping: Currently unavailable

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link within 24 hours of dispatch. Risk of damage or loss passes to the customer upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.

We want you to love every cup of Usmara. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your options.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

· The product is unopened and in its original, undamaged packaging

· The product was received in a damaged or defective condition

· You received an incorrect product or quantity

We do not accept returns on opened products unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied. Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All content published on the Usmara website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Usmara and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, republish, display, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.

· The ÛSMARA brand name, logo, and "Accented Mark" wordmark are registered trademarks

· Product names, descriptions, and photography are proprietary and may not be used commercially

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or obligation

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We do not warrant that:

· The website or its servers are free of harmful components

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
